I would strongly recommend not using Storage Masters, even if there price is a little lower than competitors. We rented a unit for them for a year while we were out of the country and when we returned it was clear that at least a foot of standing water had damaged our property. We were told by management that there was a flash flood in August and that lots of units had damage but they weren't responsible. While they are not indeed responsible for acts of nature they could have at least called us and notified us of the situation when it happened and not let our stuff sit in water for three months till we discovered it. As it is they have expressed no remorse at all and provided terrible customer service. Also, though we had insurance, flood damage is not usually covered in Colorado unless you specifically make sure you have it. The whole experience is a nightmare and we paid $91 a month to have our stuff ruined with no compensation at all. Cons: units that easily let in water, management that is irresponsible
