I will update this if it is resolved. After waiting over 5 weeks like the comment above the job is not complete, and I'm having to get after the company to find out why I'm being ignored. In my case this was for some repairs. I was given a price and time quote originally, after having dropped off the signs. The repairs were to be done in two weeks. However, a week later I was called and the price was increased 10%. I gave it my blessing, but after an additional four weeks have heard NOTHING. At this time I'm still in the dark. I want to assume this is not typical, and give them a chance to make it right. After seeing the other reviewer who had similar problems I have to wonder.
Pros: Friendly staff when you visit in person.
Cons: No communication, job not finished after a long wait.
