DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, The owner is a real piece of work, I had sold my home due to financial reasons, (lost my job), he came out and game me an estimate higher than others, but I figured I should use a local company. First off the Movers were very unprofessional, they were rude & nasty, all of them. They used dollies on my staircase which were outdoor dollies and made black skid marks all over my stairs, they denied it. I'm not an idiot, I saw the dollies even doing it. They lost most of the parts to put my bed back together, had no tools, had to borrow mine. They went thru my Desk and stole my check book & debit card. I didn't know this at the time, but I went to look for it after the move, and it was gone. I gave them a nice tip, even thou I wasn't working & losing my house, they had the nerve to tell me I was cheap and they should have received more. Plus after I discovered my check book & debit card was missing I immediately called my bank, they had confirmed that my debit card was attempted to be used approx 1 hour after they had left my residence, and the area the bank told me was the same area they the movers had admitted they were from, not Valencia Residence's as the Owner claims he hires. I had to close all my accounts and get all new debit card & checking and change all my automatic deposits & withdraws. I called the Owner because it was obvious they had taken it, he didn't want to hear it and hung up on me. Nice Valencia Business ha. I also encounter other problems with them that isn't necessary to mention. Just plain and simple, DO NOT USE VALENCIA MOVERS FOR NOTHING, I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, NEVER. THEY WILL BREAK YOUR FURNITURE, STEEL THINGS. NOT A COMPANY TO BE TRUSTED. The owner bragged about being in business 37 years. I guess people like being ripped off. I have the banking information showing my Debit card was used and the problems I encounter, including pictures of the damage & carpet. It also cost me a carpet cleaning fee to get my carpets cleaned after they had messed them all up.
