Valencia Movers

I had recently had a 3 man move with valencia and the movers were awsome.The only fault i had was the driver pushin it way to much to ask me for cash to pay the job. more

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, The owner is a real piece of work, I had sold my home due to financial reasons, (lost my job), he came out and game me an estimate higher than others, but I figured I should use a local company. First off the Movers were very unprofessional, they were rude & nasty, all of them. They used dollies on my staircase which were outdoor dollies and made black skid marks all over my stairs, they denied it. I'm not an idiot, I saw the dollies even doing it. They lost most of the parts to put my bed back together, had no tools, had to borrow mine. They went thru my Desk and stole my check book & debit card. I didn't know this at the time, but I went to look for it after the move, and it was gone. I gave them a nice tip, even thou I wasn't working & losing my house, they had the nerve to tell me I was cheap and they should have received more. Plus after I discovered my check book & debit card was missing I immediately called my bank, they had confirmed that my debit card was attempted to be used approx 1 hour after they had left my residence, and the area the bank told me was the same area they the movers had admitted they were from, not Valencia Residence's as the Owner claims he hires. I had to close all my accounts and get all new debit card & checking and change all my automatic deposits & withdraws. I called the Owner because it was obvious they had taken it, he didn't want to hear it and hung up on me. Nice Valencia Business ha. I also encounter other problems with them that isn't necessary to mention. Just plain and simple, DO NOT USE VALENCIA MOVERS FOR NOTHING, I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, NEVER. THEY WILL BREAK YOUR FURNITURE, STEEL THINGS. NOT A COMPANY TO BE TRUSTED. The owner bragged about being in business 37 years. I guess people like being ripped off. I have the banking information showing my Debit card was used and the problems I encounter, including pictures of the damage & carpet. It also cost me a carpet cleaning fee to get my carpets cleaned after they had messed them all up. more

I have used them SEVERAL times and never have had a problem. All you have to do is tell them you will give them a nice tip the quicker/safer they move you out... Pros: Expert moving guys more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU'LL BE SORRY. This Company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I had to tell the movers to stop loading because they took to long. 4 hours to load a 2 bedroom? Then I had to rent a uhaul and call friends up to get the rest of my stuffand help unload the movers truck. Took us a half hour. Hmmm. Someone is trying to make a few extra bucks. I called the owner to complain. He was rude and said a 2 bedroom is a 6 hour move. lol. He was a complete ***. I told my real estate agent and she's spreading the word. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The price is right, the movers are friendly but they don't always handle your furniture with the best if care. We recently moved and used their service. Although I appreciated the personable service and the price, I felt they could have used a little more care in moving the items. Some of our stuff was banged around a bit and and walls and floors were scuffed during the move. Maybe it was just an off day for them but I was a little disappointed by this. more

I've used Valencia Movers several times around town and they are excellent. Careful with my valuables and on-time. I would use them the next time I move and recommend them for anyone's moving needs more

We know the owner. He is fair and relaible. The price is fair. They will supply boxes. We have used them on several occasions. I would recommend this company. more

We have used Valencia Movers on two separate occasions. While we had different drivers each time, the result was the same. They moved our boxes and furniture with care! All of our belongings ended up at their final destination fully intact. The fact that they showed up on time, and finished when they said they would was an absolute bonus!\r \r The men who work for this company seem to really enjoy what they do, and I believe that makes a difference in the quality of their work.
