Review content:
Last night was one of the coldest nights of the year. My husband and I have have been customers of All Service Propane for a little over 3 years. We ran out of propane and called them around 4pm. We didn't hear back so we called again and then the service man called us back. He said he could come out in an hour. It was dark by the time he got to our house, but we were happy to have him come out. The next day, I recieved a call from All Service that we needed to pay or they would come remove the regulators. That was not a problem with us, so I called immediately and gave my credit card number. The big surprise came with we were charged a $150 fee for having the tech come out on a Sunday! We were not told about the fee ahead of time. Had we known, we would have toughed it out for the night. Apparently it was written on the reciept but we didn't notice, since it was dark out. My husband called and spoke with the owner who said he couldn't do anything about it. Needless to say, we were very dissapointed. I'll be looking for a different company to do business with.
Cons: They don't disclose fee's and apparently, don't lower their prices when the cost of fuel goes down.
