Businiess name:  All Service Propane

Review content:
I received a letter from All Service Propane, signed by the owner of the company, Bob Dietrick. It begins: Dear Future Customer and proceeds to introduce the company and tell me why I should choose them over others. At the end it offers me a 1st fill rate and a future fixed rate. Sounded pretty good so I called. The sales lady told me that since I didn't use the propane to heat my house (except with my fireplace) that I was not eligible for the rate quoted. She said that since I ONLY use it to heat our pool, run our grill and fireplace, I could NOT have that rate sent to me in the letter. There are no stipulations listed in the letter.....she pushed the price up $.40/gallon and offered me that!! Guess I won't ever be a customer nor can I recommend them to anyone. That practice is called ""bait and switch"" and ""false advertising""...both illegal. Maybe someone, say a lawyer, will read this and take the matter up?? Just sayin'.....
