Review content:
I was a customer at Zen's former location, and now I'm a customer at the new location. I'd have to say I like the new location more. Although it has downsized in size, it has upsized in service. All of the services one would want from a salon is offered, with the one exception being nails. Paul and Mark are great at what they do, offering expert service in hair styling, coloring, sunless airbrush tanning, waxing, and teeth bleaching. I have tried all of their services, and each one is superb.
There is plenty of (free) garage parking, which is a plus over the old location on Cedar Springs Rd, where parking was often a challenge. It's easy-in and easy-out, and schedule over-booking never happens, so there is rarely a wait -- perfect for those people like myself who are always on the go.
