Just WOW!!!!! 2/7/2011

These guys are AMAZING!!! I have been a frequent client at Zen for about 4 years... The Best Airbrush Tanning in the world, most relaxed and comfortable with getting a waxing, the most innovative hair color and styles, most recently the teeth whitening. Talk about a experience you will want to come back for.. These guys put there heart and soul in making you look and feel good about yourself. This is probably the best personalized customer service I have came across. They make me feel like I have known them forever... The only thing I miss is that blonde guy with the big blue eyes that always put a smile on my face at the front desk.... Aces guys your the best J more

Rockin' Hair 1/24/2011

I have been going to Mark for probably 6 years. This might be the 7th year. In all that time, I only strayed once due to finances and totally regretted it! Mark is probably the perfect combination of science and style. He knows what your hair can and can not do. Not all stylists care to know the texture of your hair, etc... I would highly recommend Mark. I have had compliment after compliment on my hair throughout the years. From the Joan Jett to the Farah Fawcett...it all has rocked! more

I have been going to Mark for about four years now, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. I have had more compliments on my hair since he started cutting it. Markk takes his time, is personable, patient, and fun! I highly recommend his services. more

Best haircut I've ever had! 1/19/2011

I met Mark right after their move into the Centrum and have been so pleased with his work! He really made me feel welcome, being new to the city. I am always able to get in to see him spur of the moment or at least w/in 48 hours. Whenever I don't know what I want for my style, he makes the best choice for me! more

BEST PLACE FOR WAXING!! 1/19/2011

I have been going to Zen Salon for nearly 2 years for waxing. Somehow Mark is able to make an experience that one would think is painful to be not bad at all! I am always pleased with the work done and keep going back for more. Check out Zen Salon at the Centrum if you need to get smooth for swimsuit season...you won't be disappointed. more

Zen Salon = Fabulous!!! 1/19/2011

I have been going to the Cedar Springs location back when it was Zip Clips. I had the opportunity to meet Mark and Paul when it was changed to Zen Salon. I have tried other salons but have always gone back to Zen. Mark actually fixed the mistake of another local salon. I have not strayed since!! :-) The new location is fabulous! Quaint and Cozy!! The guys have always been so friendly and personable. I totally recommend their services and will continue to go to them as long as they'll have me! :-) more

Zen Salon is Outstanding 1/19/2011

For the past two years, I'd been going to Zen Salon on Cedar Springs, but when they moved, I lost my former haircutter, but had become acquainted with Mark and Paul, so decided to make an appointment at the new location with Mark. I couldn't be happier. Mark is the best hair designer I've worked with in a very long time. He's precise, gives me exactly what I ask for and is a really great guy to be around. Paul is also affiable as well and helps make the experience at Zen very enjoyable. I definitely recommend Zen Salon. more

The BEST Spray Tan In Dallas 1/10/2011

Paul has been a part of my life for several years. He transforms me from a dull fair skinned girl into a glowing healthy and thinner (yes thinner) looking woman. I go every week knowing that no matter what is going on in life, I will feel better when I walk out of the salon. Paul is very passionate about sunless tanning and makes it a great experience. He is fast, thorough, extremely professional and always makes you feel comfortable. He is a great listener and friend. I look forward to seeing him every week! You will not be disappointed! more

The hot spot to get tanned brushless! 12/26/2010

Due to a rash, I had to try to cover the spots where it left scars but thank god to Paul's skills he fixed my color to where it all blended together and not think about my scars I would highly recommend this team to anyone nxt on the list is a haircut more

Then you need to see Paul Kraft at Zen Salon. Paul has the artistic eye that is necessary to customize and execute a tan that looks phenominal. He constantly researches and seeks out the best products so you can be assured of a natural tan that is going to last. Great, clean and comfortable environment. Plus, he's just a great guy! more

Zen Salon is totally my favorite salon!! As a matter of fact they are my ONLY salon !! The amount of personal service and the amount of total professionalism that they put into every client is not only impressive, but also hard to believe !! From the stand point of ""customer service"", no one can compete! Paul Kraft, and for that matter everyone I have met on his staff are the kindest people Ive ever dealt with, and I used to frequent many salons in the D.F.W area. Best Airbrush Tan! 12/22/2010

I have gone many times when I needed a flawless spray tan for pretty much any time I was half naked lol. Paul is very respectful and does a great job. The solution he uses dries very fast and you are able to wear and go the same day. I would recommend him to anyone. Go check him out, great prices too. I do versa, and mystic sometimes but they are not as even and last as long as the airbrush tanning that Paul does. more

One-stop shop for full salon services 12/22/2010

I was a customer at Zen's former location, and now I'm a customer at the new location. I'd have to say I like the new location more. Although it has downsized in size, it has upsized in service. All of the services one would want from a salon is offered, with the one exception being nails. Paul and Mark are great at what they do, offering expert service in hair styling, coloring, sunless airbrush tanning, waxing, and teeth bleaching. I have tried all of their services, and each one is superb. There is plenty of (free) garage parking, which is a plus over the old location on Cedar Springs Rd, where parking was often a challenge. It's easy-in and easy-out, and schedule over-booking never happens, so there is rarely a wait -- perfect for those people like myself who are always on the go. more
