Businiess name:  Mr. Appliance of Austin

Review content:
Mr. Michael Corrigan of Mr. Appliance helped me with the first condenser problem I had with my Vinotemp wine keeper in April, 2009. He was excellent, so I called back and asked for him when a new problem developed in August. I can't say enough good about his diligence. My Vinotemp unit is more than 10 years old. Mr. Corrigan called Vinotemp before he left the first time to make sure I ordered the correct part. He discussed the repairs in April and August/September with the chief engineer of the manufacturer in California to get details about the older model of unit that I had. In the end, I did have to send my condenser to California. Mr. Corrigan made sure that my repaired condenser was mounted and working properly and showed me how to adjust it. I also want to mention how helpful Amber Duty was handling all my calls and e-mails in April and August/September. I always felt as though I was getting very personal service. You may use this reference and recommendation to confirm with Vinotemp that you are a reliable subcontractor for repairs to their units in Austin, Texas. I also appreciated that I could call for help after hours, since the second problem started on a weekend. Thank you. Pros: After-hours answering service, excellent follow-through
