Dont even bother with these people.... 3/23/2012

I contacted them in attempts to puchase a used stove/oven. My first call resulted in being immediately put on whole for a period of time then all of a sudden, hung up. I called back and was put on hold again. Eventually I spoke with (I believe her name was) Sharon...I asked if they sold used appliances and was told no even though (while on hold) their advertisment says the do sell used appliances. more

Parts = always awesome 3/17/2010

I've had two experiences ordering parts from Mr. Appliance in Cedar Creek. The first time my fridge's starter relay died and I needed a fix immediately. They didn't have the part, but they provided a piece that required a workaround. It's worked great for 2yrs. My most recent experience is again my fridge's thermostat/defrost timer were acting up. They had one, ordered the next and were delivered the next day to my door for free. Pros: They have it or order it and ship it free Cons: none! more

Refrigeration and Wine Keeper Repair 9/24/2009

Mr. Michael Corrigan of Mr. Appliance helped me with the first condenser problem I had with my Vinotemp wine keeper in April, 2009. He was excellent, so I called back and asked for him when a new problem developed in August. I can't say enough good about his diligence. My Vinotemp unit is more than 10 years old. Mr. Corrigan called Vinotemp before he left the first time to make sure I ordered the correct part. He discussed the repairs in April and August/September with the chief engineer of the manufacturer in California to get details about the older model of unit that I had. In the end, I did have to send my condenser to California. Mr. Corrigan made sure that my repaired condenser was mounted and working properly and showed me how to adjust it. I also want to mention how helpful Amber Duty was handling all my calls and e-mails in April and August/September. I always felt as though I was getting very personal service. You may use this reference and recommendation to confirm with Vinotemp that you are a reliable subcontractor for repairs to their units in Austin, Texas. I also appreciated that I could call for help after hours, since the second problem started on a weekend. Thank you. Pros: After-hours answering service, excellent follow-through more

Beware! 9/14/2009

I recently had a repair done for about another $100 I could have bought a New Washer, the part they replaced I looked it up, it cost around $40 with shipping so the mark up and labor is incredible!!! before you say yes to the repair ask what the problem is and pay for the service call, and replace the part yourself if able to do so! the washer already crapped out again so the repair was a waste of money Pros: prompt service truck Cons: total charges for repair more
