I had LASIK here last week, now my vision is better then 20/20, it's actually 20/10 one week post-op. I healed right away, no dry eyes (biggest concern), no night time vision issues. They use a blade free procedure to create the flap, you will feel no pain. They talk you through the procedure, they tell you what happens when, they even count down the seconds for the procedure, so you know exactly what's going on and when. It helped me, because I was concerned I might involuntarily move my eyes or try to blink, even thought the laser has a tracking feature and will follow your eye, and shut off if you move too much. Boy, was I anxious about getting my eyes under a laser, but the staff and doctor Sanders put you at ease, give you a small prescription for Vicodin, ( not that that helped my nerves much :)) but I swear, you will feel no pain, and when you wake up from your recommended nap, you will think that a miracle happened. Everybody there rocks! All the fantastic reviews you will read about this place are true, I was concerned they were writing their own praises, but my expectations have been exceeded. I am so glad I have chosen Diagnostic Eye Center. They are the best, from the amazing Dr. Sanders, to the nicest staff. This is the place to go if you care about your eyes, they have earned a customer/patient for life! Thank you, Doctor Sanders and staff!
