I'm amazed that this place not only ignores faxes and phone calls to get pet prescriptions refilled but doesn't seem to care about pets being off their meds, doesn't contact you to tell you if they will take care of it or not and why, and doesn't care if you're upset at their service level! It's like your request goes into a black hole and never comes out. If you try to complain about the service they cut you off by saying it's somebody else's problem to deal with. Don't be dependent on them for ongoing pet care! If a doctor treated you this way you'd never go back.
