Review content:
I took two guitars to have them repaired. One had a busted guitar neck that they had repaired before. The other was in good shape, but it needed to have the cable input connection replaced. I asked them to fixed the neck of the first, replace the input connection on the second and set up both guitars. Two weeks later, I came in and they claimed the first guitar's break had nothing to do with their earlier work, even though it occurred at the same spot. They charged me full price. They didn't even bother to fix the input on the second guitar, but just changed the strings (which I provided for the second one) and had to be coached on the spot to check for the input and fix it. They charged the same for the set-up on the first as they did for the second despite my providing the strings for the second and not for the first. The cost difference should have bore that out. When pointing this out, the manager didn't even know that the receipt's ""S&T"" part meant ""string and tune"". The employees are useless and incompetent. They don't stand by their work.
