DON'T RENT FROM THIS CROOK SHE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF ""OUT OF TOWNERS"" BECAUSE SHE FEELS THAT OUR DISTANCE SEPERATES OUR BUSINESS. WE RIDE TO PANAMA CITY BEACH EVERY YEAR WITH, THIS YEAR BEING THE FIRST YEAR RENTING FROM THIS VERY RUDE PERSON (AND THE LAST). SHE ADVISED US WHEN WE BOOKED OUR ROOM THAT OUR DEPOSIT WOULD BE RETURNED 10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER OUR STAY AND 3 WEEKS LATER WHEN NO DEPOSIT RETURNED. SHE WAS NOTIFIED ABOUT IT AND MADE UP SOME BS ABOUT BLEACH SPOTS IN THE CARPETS AND NEVER RETURNED OUR MONEY OR CALLS. HOWEVER WHEN SHE WAS REACHED BY US AND QUESTIONED BECAUSE WE DON'T EVEN USE BLEACH...LOL. SHE STATES ""IT HAS BEEN SEVERAL WEEKS AND HADN'T GOT TO THIS UNIT TO SEE IT FOR HERSELF (THIS IS NOW A MONTH AFTER OUR STAY AND WHO KNOWS HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE HAVE STAYED IN THIS UNIT AFTER US)"". NEEDLESS TO SAY MY WIFE JUST CHECKED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND FOUND 12 COMPLAINTS (SOON TO BE 13) FOR IMAGINE THAT...""KEEPING MONEY AND BEING RUDE"". SO MY WIFE CALLED HER BACK AND JONI HERSELF SCREAMED AT HER SEVERAL TIMES WHEN THE BBB ISSUE WAS ADDRESSED AND TOLD HER AGAIN THAT A CHECK WOULD BE ISSUED AND NOT TO CALL BACK (YES YA BELIEVE THAT) AND LATER EMAILED US WITH A UPS TRACKING NUMBER, BUT HAHA SHAME ON US AGAIN BECAUSE ITS NOT EVEN A VALID TRACKING NUMBER. I'M NOT REALLY SURE HOW OR WHY THIS CROOK DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS IN FLORIDA BUT IT'S A SHAME THAT SHE KNOWINGLY F***'s PEOPLE LIKE THIS AND THEN THE RUDEST EVER. NOTE TO FUTURE RENTERS SHE'S A LYING CROOK, CHECK YOUR BBB AND THE ONLY REASON THIS SITE EVEN GIVES HER A RATING OF A 1 IS BECAUSE THERE ARE NO 0's. AGAIN BEWARE AND RESEARCH!!!
