Review content:
I was shocked to see the blatant lies listed in the negative review of the Dog Scoop. My dog has been going to the Scoop for two years now. All I have to say to her is the word ""scoop"" and her tail wags like crazy. When I went to visit the Dog Scoop, I was given a tour of the facility by the incredibly friendly and accomodating staff. There is a giant, heated/air-conditioned room (no cement floor)that opens to a huge outdoor area. My dog pulls me into the Dog Scoop every morning when I drop her off. I feel comfortable leaving my ""baby"" for the day knowing that I am leaving her w/certified dog trainers who are part of legitimate business. It's truly a one-stop place for all your dog needs- holistic and natural dog food, a talented groomer, and medications for heart guard/flea. I live in the area, so I do not use their drop off/pick up service, but I know of people who rave about this additional service. I can log onto their website and pay invoices for daycare, food, walks, grooms and medications. I think it's too bad their competition had to resort to writing a false review. Check out the Dog Scoop for yourself and you'll see why they won Best of Boston. Pros: Staff, hours of operation, products/services
