There is no better place than The Dog Scoop! 10/31/2008

I truly believe that no doggy daycare exists that is superior to The Dog Scoop! Every morning my dogs and I are greeted by enthusiasm and smiling faces as we race to the daycare door. I know my ""kids"" are always in the best hands with the knowledgeable, friendly staff, and I'm greeted by exhausted and content pooches at the end of the day. The facility is huge with both indoor and outdoor areas for the dogs to run around and a special puppies only spot for the little ones. In the summertime you can even spot some of the dogs lounging in their own bone-shaped pools! How posh! It is so convenient to have the daycare, grooming, and store in one place, and I don't know what I would do without their pick-up/drop-off services on my busy days!! Need training? They do that too! I can't recommend The Dog Scoop highly enough to anyone in the area who is looking for a fun, safe place for their dog to just be a dog and enjoy every minute of it! Shocked by False Review of the Dog Scoop 10/23/2008

I was shocked to see the blatant lies listed in the negative review of the Dog Scoop. My dog has been going to the Scoop for two years now. All I have to say to her is the word ""scoop"" and her tail wags like crazy. When I went to visit the Dog Scoop, I was given a tour of the facility by the incredibly friendly and accomodating staff. There is a giant, heated/air-conditioned room (no cement floor)that opens to a huge outdoor area. My dog pulls me into the Dog Scoop every morning when I drop her off. I feel comfortable leaving my ""baby"" for the day knowing that I am leaving her w/certified dog trainers who are part of legitimate business. It's truly a one-stop place for all your dog needs- holistic and natural dog food, a talented groomer, and medications for heart guard/flea. I live in the area, so I do not use their drop off/pick up service, but I know of people who rave about this additional service. I can log onto their website and pay invoices for daycare, food, walks, grooms and medications. I think it's too bad their competition had to resort to writing a false review. Check out the Dog Scoop for yourself and you'll see why they won Best of Boston. Pros: Staff, hours of operation, products/services more

They Treat Your Pets Like Family 7/31/2007

If I could stay home with my pups everyday I would, but having to work requires help. The staff at THE DOG SCOOP has always treated our dogs like family. Our animals love them and the staffers truly love animals. The staff is completely reliable and trust worthy, willing to accomodate a last minute walk for my crew when I am unexpectedly stuck at work. I am very finicky about who has access to my home, and my pups and I couldn't have asked for a better group of caring people to care for my dogs. Pros: The staff is great with animals! Cons: None. more

Great Doggie Daycare, Grooming, Walking & Training 7/31/2007

The Dog Scoop has been taking care of our 3 dogs for some time now and we have been absolutely thrilled with their services! We have the dogs walked either once or twice a day and they are always reliable. Our dogs adore them. We have 2 bernese mountain dogs and 1 chihuahua. The chihuahua goes to small dog daycare one or two days a week. He is always exhausted when he comes home! We have also taken advantage of one of their training sessions - with great results. They care a great deal about dogs - and it shows. We have our 2 berners groomed about once a month by Allison - they always come back beautiful! She is kind and gentle and puts a great deal of effort into making dogs comfortable. Alex is wonderful - he really knows dogs and understands their behavior.
