I moved to Baypointe in 1983. Management is very helpful and my maintenance needs have always been satisified. My neighbor Nick went to the Saginaw Township Police Department and asked where a good rental community was and they highly recommended Baypointe. My neighbor Nada has lived at Baypointe for 27 yrs. and Chuck G. for 25 yrs. My neighbor Dale moved out and a year latter, moved back in at Baypointe. I guess when you see people staying for years and those who had moved returning to Baypointe, you know ""It's a good community"".
Pros: Friendly Service - Great Community
Cons: Wish Balconies were larger
