great place to live. Everybody is friendly and it is quiet especially when i need to study. It is very affordable and i would recommend Baypointe to anybody that is looking for a place to live more

I have lived here for about 6 months now. I love it here. Perfect location, spacious apartments,quiet, great price, very well maintained. In this winter we are having lots were always plowed and sidewalks always shoveled. They are also pet friendly without an extra monthly charge. Staff is outstanding, very friendly and helpful! I would recommend them to anyone. I tell everyone its a great place to move if they are searching. more

baypointe is a great place to live. It is quiet and all of the people that i see are very friendly. There is a very good staff and the apartments are kept up very very well. My girlfriend and i live here and we are very happy with the affordable rates. I am very happy that we moved into Baypointe!! more

Very quiet area. Great location close to a school, convenient stores and not too far from the mall. The apartment buildings are clean and secure. Staff are very friendly. The apartments are very affordable and spacious and each apartment has one allocated parking spot. great place for price. I love baypointe. more

Living at Baypointe has been great for family. The complex is very safe and quiet. The environment is clean and pet friendly. My apartment has a fireplace and carport, which is nice for the winter months. I can truly recommend Baypointe Apartments to anyone who is looking for a good size apartment for a great price. Rose the Manager, she is very helpful and willing to assist you with your needs. more

I have been living here at Baypointe for just over a year now and I absolutely love it!! My apartment is the perfect size and very cozy. I have a teenage son and he has lots of friends in the area and I am happy knowing he's right outside spending his days playing basketball at the courts here on the property!! We also have a very large (but extremely friendly) dog and the kids just love him!!! Rose and John and the entire staff here at Baypointe are so very friendly and professional. I recommend Baypointe to anyone looking for clean and affordable apartments located in a great neighborhood!!! more

My wife and I have been living at Baypointe apartments for a year now and we have absolutely no complaints. Rose and John are extremely friendly and very helpful!! The maintenance and cleaning crew are very professional and also very friendly! Our apartment was clean, updated and very roomy for the two of us. Also the fact that they allow pets (all types) was a huge plus seeing as how we have a Great Dane and no other apartments allow such a large dog! The complex is located in a great area and only a minute from Bay Rd., where everything from shopping areas to restaurants are located. I would recommend Baypoints apartments to everyone!! more

I have lived at Baypointe for 5 years and never had a complaint. The staff are very helpful. The maintenance is prompt and professional. Buildings are kept well maintained as is the grass. Tenants are very friendly and is a peaceful environment to live in. Parking lots and paths are kept well plowed and salted during winter months. Trash cans are conveniently located. They are very pet-friendly and have pet waste cans around the buildings. Best part is they are very affordable. more
