I have used Tommy's Tree Service now three times, ranging from small brush to removing a huge dead tree next to my house. In my experience Tommy answers the phone himself, comes out the same day to provide an estimate, and gets the job done either the same day or the next day. His crew is also fantastic, hauling away the limbs and making sure you are pleased with the job. Extremely affordable, I wouldn't call anyone else in Austin.
