I read all the reviews out here on Citysearch. I was impressed to see all the positive feedback on Tommy. I called Tommy. He came out the same day and gave me a quote. Nothing in writing--he is not that formal--he only does handshakes. He promised to start the job the following week, Friday rolled around and he never showed up. I called and he said he would come out that Saturday and Sunday and complete the job. Saturday and Sunday came and went and no Tommy. It's been 4 weeks and he has failed to do the job.
