I had the misfortine to need an emergency animal clinic a week ago last Sunday. I brought my dog in when he badly scratched his eye because of a eye infection. My regular vet had neglected to fit him with a cone and his eye was not savable. He was in excruciating pain. Although they were extremly busy, they took the time to keep me updated on how long the wait would be as well as checking up on my pet. . The staff is very professional, compassionate and caring. They give you a written estimate upfront and give you the information you need to make an informed decision. They did surgery on my dog to remove his damaged eye and they kept me updated by phone of his progess. I thank them for being there when we needed help. Dr Head is an awesome vet !!!!
