Ok, I'll be very honest. An emergency hospital for pets is not someplace that I wanted to go on a Sunday night...or any time for that matter but if I have to go, it was a comfort to know that this place exists not too far from my home. You really appreciate that if you ever had to drive a great distance to an animal ER, which I did when I lived in the Baytown-Highlands area. \r

Right away, I was greeted by James, the receptionist on duty and he took an real interest in my cat and the tragic circumstances of her injury. He expressed genuine concern and obviously cares about the animals that come into the clinic. He went out of his way to explain things to me - the policy, the charges, the procedures, the possible side effects of what was going to happen to my cat. The wait was not very long at all and a doctor was able to see my cat within a very reasonable time. All the time that I wait, James kept me updated on how much longer it would be. \r

It was a happy ending for my cat
