I am still going to rate this company with five stars even though I never received a service call from them . Why? Because they solved my problem over the phone and didn't bat an eye about doing it! What kind of service company helps you to save money by fixing your problem over the phone?!!! This one does. So if I have any appliance issues in the future I will be sure to contact them for more information and hello.
