The manager over the phone was extremely nice and was able to come out that day and had my washing machine fixed in no time! I Will Use Them Again With No Problems 12/18/2012

Once again my washer started leaking after using it . Tired of this same old crap I started a search for a good appliance repair company. They sent me a technician. He fixed it up in 45 minutes. I will use them again with no problems. more

Quick Response!! 12/13/2012

I called these guys in the morning hours to see if they could possibly come and look at my (now warm) refrigerator. An hour later from when I first made the call and their repairman left my house, after replacing one small part, my fridge is working!!I hope I never need to call them again, but if I do, it is this company all the way! more

Affordable Prices And Reliable 12/12/2012

Ever had the repair person waiting for you? Me neither! But these guys were there, waiting for me to get home from work so that he could repair my washer. Everything is now working perfectly! I will recommend All City Appliance to everyone I know and will hire them again to do some electrical work as soon as I find a fixture to hang. more

Professional Service 12/7/2012

My refrigerator lost all temperature two Sundays ago. After throwing all my food out -- I called the company that morning and they sent me someone asap. He looked at the refrigerator - knew exactly what the problem was - and he had the replacement part to fix it. Complete happy ending, thanks people! more

Good Technicians 10/19/2012

After 20 years of loyal service, my washer gave out on me. I went straight to Judy's Book and found All City Appliance. The secretary asked me a few questions and she set up an appointment for me with a technician for the next day in the mid afternoon. The technician showed up on time . Fixed it and it cost me less than the quote he gave me before he started. more

Good quick repair 10/13/2012

I have used this company before and they did a very nice job with my dryer problem. So I didn't hesitate to call them for my leaky Bosch dishwasher . They sent over a technician right away . He pointed out that dishwasher had a huge problem with their drain valve and he fixed it on the spot. more

I am still going to rate this company with five stars even though I never received a service call from them . Why? Because they solved my problem over the phone and didn't bat an eye about doing it! What kind of service company helps you to save money by fixing your problem over the phone?!!! This one does. So if I have any appliance issues in the future I will be sure to contact them for more information and hello. more

Great service. Great timing. 9/30/2012

Sometimes you hear things about a business and you can't believe it until it happens to you. This is one of those times. I never was able to call in and make an appointment on the same day. And I wasn't kept on hold for hours. They got right down to business over the phone and in my house. Great service. great timing. more
