Review content:
I hadn't been to the dentist in so long, I was SO nervous about what they would tell me. The girl at the front, Marissa was so nice. She explained exactly what they were going to do on my first visit and exactly what to expect. Knowing the first steps really helped ease my mind. The Dental Assistant, Alecia was so nice and very thorough and helped me get through the xrays quickly. Dr. Nyugen was very nice and didn't make me feel embarassed after finding out I had some cavities. The office Manager, Mark went over all the costs and exactly how much my insurance was going to cover. Overall they were very upfront about out of pocket costs, and the visit was SO efficient. I am so pleased with the visit from start to finish. They greeted me by name when I got scheduled for my cleaning which was three days later! they got me in and out and I got to work on time - which was great! i'm so pleased. I brought my son in with me for an appointment for him too. The facility was so clean and so organized. I'm definitely a HUGE fan!!!
