I was recently in for some appointments at Aspen Dental on Walden Ave in Cheektowaga and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly. The office was clean. The dental hygienist Darlene was professional and made me feel relaxed despite my dislike of the dentist. The prep for my crown was not nearly as bad as I expected. I would recommend this office. more

Getting an appointment was very easy ......not a long wait to see doctor everything went fine. I had to pick up a RX I asked " please do not give me same meds as last time...they hury stomach". I pick up meds and it is the same! I take them overweek have the same problem.... call for new meds I ask for the RX to be filled at different store....talked about it 3 times....go to pick up meds and RX was sent to incorrect store!! Not happy!! more

You pulled all 4 wisdom teeth and 1 molar and the procedure was extremely quick and comfortable. I haven't experienced any problems or major pain after 4 days and I can't wait to come back for my cleanings. more

I've been to the Aspen Dental office in Cheektowaga for multiple procedures and have recieved top notch service. The staff is friendly and knowledgable from the great doctors to the wonderful office manager. I plan to use this office as my home base for all of my dental needs. more

The manager was helpful in determining what the best course of action for me was, working with my financial situation to ensure I get the treatment I needed. She was also very easy on the eyes.\r \r The appointment was made rather quickly and they were able to fit me in when it was convenient for me. The treatment was quick, precise, thorough, and painless. \r \r The office itself is very clean, professional, and they make you feel like an actual person, not another walking wallet. more

Aspen Dental is the best dentist office I have ever been to. It is clean, with up to date equipment and the nicest people working there. They all treated me with respect and Marrissa is especially helpful with explaining the process and helping with the financing. I especially loved the free exam and xrays which are very costly at other dentist offices. I am happy with the cleaning and the prep Dr Singh did for the crown I need. I will be happy to return for all my dental work in the future. more

I absolutely love this place! I have always had a fear of the dentist and was nervous even scheduling a appointment. From the moment i walked into the office i was greated with a smile and felt i wasnt being judged. I felt like everyone from the girls up front, the assistants, doctor, and manager all truely cared about making me feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you for everything! If you are like me and have a fear of the dentist i would recomend this office. more
