Review content:
A bad experience with Northern Energy Propane. I called up office staff to see if I could split up a payment, she said yes that they would not deliver propane until paid. Ok, makes sense, two weeks later we were filled again, making my tab higher. Now the office was calling and threaten me to lock us out till we paid past due and to charge us $90.00 to unlock. REALLY!!!!
So they did not hold to what we agreed on phone.
We are now looking for another propane company!!!!!
Beware of phone conversations and get it in writing.
