I took my car to automax for service. Tony- who claims himself as the owner was very rude. I waited for at least 10 mins watching him clean his desk before he asked me if I needed help without raise his head. I told him I need oil change and he said 1.5 hr wait. I asked why so long he shrug his shoulder and I asked if it will be better if I went back with an appointment and he said "" it is up to you, whatever you want to do."". At that moment, the technician handed him some paperwork, i heard him saying that is not right and should add more money to it. The 2nd guy said he thought it should already included but he said ""let me take a look and add some."" After I hear this, I asked my keys back and left. Will never go back even it is free-- since they are, at least Tony, the owner, is not trustworthy. Also, they only has one technician there.-- maybe the nice ones left?
