Recently I was in Ann Arbor for my Mother's Funeral. While in town I had a bit of car trouble. Over several days, I went from shop to shop and spent nearly 600$ without getting my car repaired properly. When I picked your shop out of the phone book I was utterly fed up with car mechanics in Ann Arbor and in general. You brought me back to your mechanic and when I explained the problem to him he said it sounds like a TPS unit problem. When he hooked it up to the diagnostic machine it confirmed his hunch. He replaced the part and we took a test drive, Problem Solved! In 15 minutes he solved a problem I had been trying to get fixed for three days. My car made it back to Richmond, Virginia without a bit of problem, it is still running wonderfully today. Thank you! I only wish I had found your establishment first hing and that we had shops your caliber here in Virginia. If I am ever back in Ann Arbor you have my business and I highly recommend you to anyone who needcs a good professional mechanic service.
