Pride 8/9/2011

I've taken my Toyota Corolla there for repairs a couple times since moving here a few years ago. Both times they gave me estimates that were more affordable and more thorough than other shops in town. From talking with them while waiting for my car to be finished, it's clear that they take pride in the work that they do and treating their customers fairly and respectfully. In addition to the reasonable prices and first-rate work, they will provide you with a ride to where-ever you need to go after dropping off your car. They also provide free towing if you get the work done at their shop. more

Fawzi is extremely concerned about customer care and over the years I have done business there I have always been surrounded with extremely satisfied customers like myself. I also feel they work hard at treating all customers fairly, courteously, and most competently. more

Outstanding 7/29/2011

My van is 12 years old and I have replaced many parts - especially in the past 8 years. I also have gone to many mechanics in our town of Ann Arbor. There is not one auto repair in our area that even comes close to providing the outstanding service I receive at Fawzi's. more

i took my ford taurus to the dealer they inspected it and told me i would meed a complete trans over haul , costing thousands of dollars ,i wanted a second opinion at that point , i was reconended to fawzis auto repair on west stadium , whithin 2 hours mike inspected my unit and told me i needed a vss vehicle speed sensor and trans flush, i authorized the repairs costing less than 500.00 i picked up my car and it has shifted and drove fine for the last 2 months more

I have been to Fawzi's several times, and everytime all the people there are friendly and helpful. The mechanics explain throughly what is wrong with my car, what my options are and what the outcome will be. I have been taking into the garage for the mechanics to show me the exact problem on my vehicle, I have not been to another mechanic shop that has done this. more

I, like a lot of others have ran into money problems. I have taken my car to Fawzi's and had unexpected expenses come up at home and ran short on the money for repairs. When I explained this to Fawzi, being the understanding and helpful person he is, he worked with me. I don't know of any other shop that cares about their customers as much as Fawzi's, I will never go to another mechanic shop. more

Honest, to the point, great experience. We had bad experiences with other stores, I had second opinion with fawzi, and they said what the other store quoted that we need to have big repair on our car which cost $700 was a lie. We also had another second opinion with the dealer which support fawzi's diagnose. Since then we have been very happy with their service. more

always been fair in his pricing 5/6/2011

I have taken my high millage cars to Fawzis for many years. I went to him when he was at the other location around the corner. He has always been fair in his pricing. The work is done in a timely manner with no problems. I have never felt "ripped off".Most people that feel that way are usually the ones that want EVERYTHING for nothing. Ihave sent many people to his place. Only one wasnt happy and I know he wants something for nothing more

I am a regular customer at fawzis shop and when i need a repair done I trust no one but him when it comes to caring for my car. We have two cars, I take them there because I know that they only do the necessary repairs and don't try to sell me things I don't need. They don't try and make a quick buck off you they just get the job done and do it right. more

I never had a problem that they have worked on come back again, and I have had both minor and major repairs done on the cars. Their service is quick and efficient. If you ever need anything done on your car come to fawzis shop and you wont be disappointed. more

Service is very timely 4/19/2011

Great service on 3 different visits, oil change, new battery & new shocks on my older high mileage vehicle. Fawzi's was recommended to me by business person I hardly knew & it was a solid recommendation, trustworthy, good work & fair prices. Service is very timely & they explain what needs to be done very clearly. I highly recommend Fawzi's! more
