Initial repair was completed with satisfaction and at a cost that was about average (not too high, not too low).
Regarding how long it would take to do the repair, I was told one thing, but of course, once I left the vehicle at the shop, the repair took a lot longer...this delay, in and of itself, was not a complete deal breaker.
HOWEVER, once the work was completed, the vehicle was given back to me very dirty and most important of all, once I got the vehicle back home, I realized the vehicle was not at all put back together correctly after the repair was completed (clips were left undone, screws were missing, things were rattling, etc.).
Rather than take the vehicle back, I spent over two hours un-assembling the work, and re-assembling the work correctly. I NEVER should have been given the vehicle back this way.
Yes, the somewhat simple repair was made satisfactorily (something that was outside my scope of expertise), but the vehicle was returned to me in such bad shape (unbelievably bad shape) that I was afraid to return with the vehicle to have them do what for sure should have been done correctly in the first place.
Since this repair shop cannot seem to put your vehicle back together correctly once the repair is made, I would definitely NOT recommend this repair service.
