Review content:
I just recently move to Des Moines. My car had recently been reving on it's own and had been overheating. Took it to this place because I had read about all the good things people said on these reviews. NOT! Needless to say they claimed it was my thermostat. A tow charge of $80 for 3 miles away. Then the total bill was $380. I did get an oil change but apparently the thermostat only costs about 20-30. AND it should only take about 15 min to fix. They told me my car was to be ready by 5 and I received a call 15min before telling me that it wouldn't be done till the morning. The next day I called multiple times asking the status of my car and they told me someone would call back. Finally at 5 that night they dropped my car off. WITH NO FUEL! I had just filled up my car when it broke down. They tried to tell me that the test drive is only 2miles and it was 3miles to drop it off at my work. Then they admitted there were 12miles driven on my car. IT doesn't take that much gas for 12 miles. I wasn't able to test drive it because I needed to make it home, when I left work at 830pm I turned my car on and the brake and abs light were on. When I backed up there was a huge bang under my car. Every time since when I turn the steering wheel something Pops really loud and IT DIDN""T DO THAT AT ALL BEFORE I TOOK IT THERE! The next day now my trac off light is back on also. Needless to say, yea my car isn't over heating for now. But it's about to break something else which I didn't have before, I had to get a fuse for the brake also. They dropped it off and that light was on because I had no fuse in my car for the ABS. WTF? I would NOT reccommend this place to anyone unless you have time and money to waste and want to risk having something else broken on your vehicle!
