Review content:
This is absolutely the most corrupt company I've ever encountered. Although the lady at the front desk in the office on College is really nice and helpful, the rest of the staff is terrible. When we toured the property at Pleasant Woods, the model unit they showed us was pretty nice, but when we moved in the carpet had horrible yellow stains- too many to count. It took over three months just to get someone to come look at it and when they did they said it was fine. With much persistence we finally got the owner's son to come look at it and all he really did was complain about how it costs 1500 dollars to replace the carpet in one of these units. They finally replaced the carpet after three or four months. Another thing is that we never saw the property manager one single time. We knocked on his door and called and left him messages a few times but we never heard back. Then when we moved out we busted our butts making that place immaculately clean, including cleaning the carpets, the oven, EVERYTHING, and they charged 185 dollars anyway. I guarantee they did not use that money to clean ANYTHING because this apartment was spic and span when we left it. Also when we signed the lease at a certain rate, they raised it within a month! I can't say this enough: NEVER SIGN A LEASE WITH THIS COMPANY. They are truly looking for nothing but to make a buck off of you. A truly corrupt and fraudulent institution. Never do business with them.
