I googled Auto Detailing and one of the first businesses that came up was Haugen Auto, so I called to get a quote. A man answered the phone without any kind of business greeting, so I thought I might have dialed the wrong number. I asked if I had called the right number and he very rudely answered, "Yes, but I'm not working right now". I was a little thrown off by his bad attitude, but I still asked if he did car detailing. He again was very short with me and said, "No I don't, but I can get it done for you. I have a guy who does it for me". He gave me the price that his "guy" offers, and again was very short and rude, so I told him I would call another time and hung up the phone. I will not be calling back as I felt he did not value me as a customer. I sure hope his "guy" doesn't rely on him for business, because with customer service like that, I'm sure he's losing more business than he's giving him.
