Review content:
I am an experienced consignment seller and I've never been treated this poorly by the OWNER of the store! One of the employees happily took several of my items in the morning and then called me back in the afternoon to say that she had changed her mind, and could I come pick them up? Ironically, when I changed my mind on an item I'd bought earlier in the day, I was flat-out refused a return; and I was given the tight-lipped silent treatment as my rejected clothes were stuffed into a bag. I am always blown away when a store that depends on repeat business treats clientele so poorly (and in front of other shoppers). I've seen a lot of small businesses close their doors for good lately - I certainly won't be sorry - or surprised - if Encore is next. They've definitely lost my business.
