Review content:
I purchased a washer over the phone and the salesman was terrific. We did however run into some glitches with delivery and install fees and I was very dissatisfied with the outcome. Basically, I described our property and told them it would be a challenging install. I paid extra to have a two man install. They delivery men arrived on time and did the install in less then an hour, but before hading me the bill stated I owed for installation.
Pros: good phone sales, knowledgeable
Cons: rip off with delivery/ extra charges
