BJ has given us super service since we have been taking our two vehicles to her shop for the last 2 years!! She is aware or our vehicles needs in the future; she and her mechanics point out realistic repairs, not a list of unnecessary items, as I understand autos. Also, she has reviewed our cases before we go in and remembers what we have had done or will quickly look it up.
