This location is the best out of all of the ones I have been to in this area. I use to live in Cary and moved to Raleigh near Garner and I still take my cars here to get serviced. Try the mini brownies BJ makes them. She is awesome. more

I was very impressed with this car repair center. The lady manager was very friendly and took her time explaining the repairs needed on my vehicle. There was no strong arm tactics, she explained what was needed and gave me the costs. The waiting room was clean, bathroom clean and treats for everyone. I will be returning to this shop. more

Our family has 3 cars and we use Precision Tune for nearly all of our auto care. Friendly, caring and knowledgable service. Have not had any problems with repairs. more

Great Service, I took one car in and was pleased with the work. I have four cars in the family when all are home, and we have been using Precision Tune for all. I have a company car, and do all my oil changes here as well. BJ knows me when I walk in the door and is not only pleasant to talk to, but is very knowledgeable on the cars I drive. more

great service and great prices.. i feel as a person and not a number when i go there to have my car serviced. the manager remembers my name and asks about my family.. not to mention that my 10 year old car runs great, nice i let precision tune do all servicing and repairs. tire prices are great.. never had an issue with this repair shop. more

Great Service & Personalized Care!! 2/27/2011

BJ has given us super service since we have been taking our two vehicles to her shop for the last 2 years!! She is aware or our vehicles needs in the future; she and her mechanics point out realistic repairs, not a list of unnecessary items, as I understand autos. Also, she has reviewed our cases before we go in and remembers what we have had done or will quickly look it up. more
