I had Roto Rooter out for service on 2/10/12 and was very pleased with the work performed. My house developed a leak in a pipe in the crawl space. I was concerned about leaking pipes b/c when Estridge built my house, they neglected to install a water shutoff valve in. Fortunately, this leak was in the crawl space. I had Roto Rooter replace all the copper pipes under the house with PEX as well as pipe a water shutoff valve into the house. EvanK and his coworker literally worked all day from about 9am until 9pm to complete the job. They worked non-stop, kept me informed along the way, and were very courteous. At the end of the job, I must say that I was pleased with the over all cost and found it to be well worth the peace of mind knowing I have taken a step back from a future plumbing disaster.
