We go away every holiday season. I have a great dane and a typical kennel is simply not for him. He has personality and needs tender affection. He needs to stretch his legs and play. This last Christmas was something else because of the snow storms. We left about two weeks before Christmas and was to return home on the 23rd. because of the snow we got stuck and our Great Dain had to stay over without notice for several extra days. the staff were very accommodating
and understanding about the entire situation. The food I packaged was running low so they took to the store to get more of the brand I use.
It was very helpful to be consistent with my dogs food. I had used them for three Christmases before with only high marks. This last Christmas was the same?it is a great place for my dog and I feel relaxed with him there.
Pros: Diverse Offerings, Custom Care, Go Beyond Call of Duty
Cons: Leaving my Dog is Hard -- I love him
