This is a very amateurish operation. My relative was detoxing from a valium addiction under medical supervision when refered to this facility. She was there for only 4 days when she exhibited classic signs of an incomplete detox including paranoia and agitation. Rather than call her Dr., they had us come from Seattle in the middle of the night to pick her up claiming that her care was beyond their scope. We were left with a woman in the throws of a paranoid psychotic episode with nowhere to turn. She passed out when with us and was taken to St. Josephs' ER where she ran away barefoot with no money, phone or ID in Tacoma's notoriously dangerous HIlltop neighborhood. We wer fortunate to find her 2 hours later cold and frightened. These supposed ""experts"" are just playing at treatment following a by the book 12 step dogma without adequate medical support and experience. Please do not trust these Bozos with anyone you love.
Cons: staff is so inexperienced that the Janitor is in charage at night
