I have to say this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced!!! I called last week to make an appointment and said that I would be available during the weekend and on Monday. I was told by a lady called Heather that Sunday at 10am would be the best time. Then I got a call from Heather on Saturday to reschedule the appointment to 1pm on Sunday. And we even said ""see you tomorrow""! When I arrived on Sunday, the door was closed! I called again on Monday and asked what happened. It was a guy who claimed to be a manager, and told me that he had no idea what happened since Heather was not in. And right now they could not propose any solution since they believe it was a miscommunication!!! I am really disappointed by their service and their way to handle problems. Won't recommend them to anyone!
