Extremely Satisfied with School! My son has been in Pflugerville Montessori for over 3 years now. He has shown tremendous improvement in all areas of early childhood development ? vocabulary and language, reading, writing, numbers, geography and overall social skills. All credit goes to the dedicated teachers, the Montessori curriculum and the class environment this school has created for children.
The great thing about this school is that it is nothing like a typical day-care. It follows a popular Montessori system where teachers follow a curriculum to teach specific skills to children based on their age and ability. The flexible system allows children to pick up on things they love to do, master it and then move on to something new.
I found the school environment homely & comfortable yet professional and safe. The classes are big and bright with tons of educational material. The halls are well organized. The back-yard play area is big with sections for different age groups and their corresponding activities like swings, slides, etc. It has nice shady trees and dedicated gardening areas.
Overall this school gets an ALL STAR rating from me!
