Review content:
We bought a hot tub from Pool and Spa depot about two months ago. (We previously bought from Watsons, but after that hellish nightmare, we decided to give Pool and Spa a chance). The girl who sold us the tub was sweet and helpful, though inexperienced. But she did have someone nearby who could explain anything she did not know yet.
The tub was delivered in a timely fashion, but the delivery guys did not really explain how to use the tub; we were kinda left out on our own. So I went back and saw the gal that sold us the tub, and she spent 45 minutes teaching us how to properly use our chemicals and care for our new purchase and control jets and lights and such.
Bottom line, delivery people were not great, and phone service is not great (takes forever to get a call back, if you can even get one), but we got a great deal on our tub and the people in the store do really know what they are talking about and will happily spend the time teaching you.
