Pool and spa depot has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We were price shopping between there and Watson's both in Antioch. We walked into pool and spa depot and they were not only snobby but didnt even bother to ask if we needed help. They only payed attention where they thought they had a sale. A simple acknowledgement that we will be with you as soon as possible would have been just fine. Instead, they looked up at us and continued what they were doing with no acknowledgement whatsoever. We didnt walk in like dirty, nasty people but even if we had, we may have just got off work. You never know. Thats okay.....Watson's got our business and did a wonderful job!!!
Cons: the sales people that work there need be replaced.
