Review content:
I am looking for an above ground pool. I went to Pool and Spa depot to look at pools. What a mistake. I was one of 2 people in the store. I"" lucked"" out and got the owner's son Daniel. When I told him I was looking for a pool, the spiel started. I told him I am disabled but he kept me standing in one place for an hour. I got an education on all pools and why I should buy the $4,000 pool. He just kept talking about Watsons and how bad they are. I finally told him I didnt want him to mention Watsons(Family Leisure) again because if I wanted to hear about Watson's I would be there. so he just kept on using the word ""they"". He told me to take a magnet to Watsons because their pools are steel and his $4,000 pool is aluminum but then later told me I should get the steel(Coated) ledge so thats when I stopped listening to him. So why wouldn't just buy the cheaper steel pool is beyond me.The kicker is this. He said I have to go and get my own sand. Then he said the 1st foot to dig is free and then every inch they have to dig is $100.oo per inch to dig out for your pool.WHAT? Crazy!!! You know they would tell you they had to dig another foot and add $1,200 to your final price. I told him I had just talked to one of his salesmen 2 weeks before and he told me it would be $3,500 for complete pool and installation and I didnt have to buy and get delivered my own sand. He totally ignored that and said they had gotten rid of all of their sales people last week. Do not go there unless you want to be ripped off. Make sure you listen to every word they say and ask how much it will cost to dig for the pool. I left very disappointed. The pool season is over. Its like buying a Christmas tree after Christmas but you will not get any deal and If you get Daniel, He will just keep sticking it to you.
