I needed immediate service today to solve a plumbing problem, so I called Rotor-Rooter. The woman who answered the phone was very nice, understood the fact that I needed help today, and made an immediate appointment for me. She was very nice and personable. About an hour later,I got. a phone call from Roto-Rooter to. advise me that the technitian was on his way, and would be at my house in about. 40 minutes. About 10. minutes later, Kevin arrived, got to. work,and worked for about 3 hours non-stop. He was very nice,profession, and definitely knew whar he was doing. He explained all that he thought wa wrong, and suggested A. couple of solutions to my problem. This is a great company - who provides great service at a. very. affordable price. Tech # 1444.
