Review content:
Don't bring your pets to Kennelwood. They care more about your money than your pet. For example, a bunch of dogs were recently FORGOTTEN about for more than 24 hours while boarding here. If the staff hadn't argued about it the managers were going to send them home covered in urine and feces. We talked them into letting us clean the dogs up but they still charged the people full price and didn't tell them their dogs weren't fed or cared for at all for over a day. This stuff is pretty normal here. All Kennelwood cares about is your money, not your pet or their staff. Trust, Committment, and Loving Care, is supposed to be our motto but even the employees don't trust this company. The committment is to the higher ups getting rich, and the Loving Care part is just B.S. Your dogs and cats are better off somewhere smaller, that puts your pets ahead of profits. This is the fast food joint of pet care.
Pros: convenient
Cons: expensive, don't get what you pay for, too busy to give good care
