I've owned my home for 5 years and have had 3 separate companies come to my home to clean my carpets. In all 3 cleanings, never once did I see the use of corner guards or a rake type instrument to remove excess water. CC showed up on time, moved furniture being cognizant of the furnishings, the legs, the corners, etc., and were speedy yet detailed in their cleaning. When they first arrived I began explaining what, why and how...they politely listened while at the same time letting me know this is their job, their profession and more or less...""let us at it!"" approach. They were eager which told me they cared not about getting the job done so much as getting the job done RIGHT. I felt they spent extra time explaining to me the products NOT to use for spot removal (yes, I had 3 of them under my sink!), they spent the time explaining the process and rather than bashing any of the competition, they explained the differences and why the CC method is truly the better way to go...that is if you are looking for results in the long run. I never knew spots could resurface from the padding, etc. Frank took the time to explain this and many other issues to me. I would absolutely, 100% use CC again and again and recommend them without hesitation. Thanks for a great job!
