Clever Choice Carpet Cleaning And Upholstery Care

Clever Choice was one of the fastest, most courteous carpet cleaning companies I have ever worked with. I???m used to the guys coming out of the van, getting the equipment ready, maybe saying hello, and then slapping you with the bill. These guys came out and were very friendly, did a full inspection on the place before they started to see if anything needed to be treated, and made sure everything looked spotless before leaving. I would strongly recommend Clever Choice as they not only did a great job, but the guys were professional and neat. I???ll definitely use them again. more

I have used 3 other carpet cleaning services and none have been as good as Clever Choice. We have a big dog, who thinks she is still a puppy. All of the spots caused by her are gone. We also got the enzyme treatment and it was wonderful. Most other companies ""push"" us to buy the stain treatment, but Frank didn't recommend it and it was wonderful of him to be honest instead of just having us pay more money. Frank is the owner and it is great to have someone attend to a service who is invested in what they are doing. He really does care about the carpet AND his customers. And so do the other people working with him. I was so concerned he would not show up at all as this has happened to me in the past, but he was very patient and kind with all my worries and frantic-ness. This is one of those rare finds that I am adding to my list right away. There is no doubt I will be calling Clever Choice next year at this time and also recommending them to all our neighbors and friends. more

Clever Choice cleaned my carpets this morning and now my house smells great. We love our 8 year old dog, but we don't want our house to smell like her. I called Clever Choice because their ad said they are Pet Odor Specialists. Man, did they ever deliver. Frank applied an enzyme treatment to the two areas our dog uses most. I think next time I'll have Frank apply the treatment to all the carpet areas. I'm extremely satisfied with this company. I feel like I made a ""clever choice"" when I asked them to clean my carpets. You should make that choice, too. more

Have dealt with this company for three visits. The owner, Frank, was on time, or the one time he could not be, he called to keep me updated and offered to reschedule. Very responsive, and helpful. I called these guys after reading the rave reviews. I was a little disappointed by the service rendered. 1. They picked up my carpets and never gave us a receipt. We wondered how they could keep track of who the rug belonged to and what our return date was. 2. They promised delivery on tuesday after picking up on Saturday but we received no phone calls. On tuesday night I called them wondering what happened. They returned the call on Wednesday apologetic and promised delivery by Thursday( which wasn't going to work out) for us. 3. Friday morning they showed up unannounced and walked into my house with shoes on (which I hate!) Frank tried to charge me more ($2.00 per sq. ft.) instead of what he quoted me on the phone. But he did agree to charge the previously agreed upon rate. 4. My carpets are mostly clean but there is one area that along one edge that looks like it didn't get washed.. My beloved elderly Dalmation was given a new medication to help prolong his life. Unfortunately he reacted to it by getting ill all night and day. I could have waited until Friday to have my carpets cleaned at no charge but Clever Choice had 2 coupons in the Clipper Magazine and were at my house within 45 minutes! These guys took the carpet that I was considering tearing outand made it beautiful again. I have been cleaning my carprets on my own and had no idea that a real pro could make it look so great. I too didn't realize my carpet was as bad as it was. I keep a clean place and vacuum on a regular basis, but when they showed me the dirty water; I was shocked with the amount of cat hair that was still in the carpet! I had to laugh. When the techician was done he said, ""your carpets were filthy""! Too funny, and I thought I was the clean-freak of the neighborhood! I've owned my home for 5 years and have had 3 separate companies come to my home to clean my carpets. In all 3 cleanings, never once did I see the use of corner guards or a rake type instrument to remove excess water. CC showed up on time, moved furniture being cognizant of the furnishings, the legs, the corners, etc., and were speedy yet detailed in their cleaning. When they first arrived I began explaining what, why and how...they politely listened while at the same time letting me know this is their job, their profession and more or less...""let us at it!"" approach. They were eager which told me they cared not about getting the job done so much as getting the job done RIGHT. I felt they spent extra time explaining to me the products NOT to use for spot removal (yes, I had 3 of them under my sink!), they spent the time explaining the process and rather than bashing any of the competition, they explained the differences and why the CC method is truly the better way to go...that is if you are looking for results in the long run. I never knew spots could resurface from the padding, etc. Frank took the time to explain this and many other issues to me. Very professional and friendly! First time I ever had the carpets cleaned in 5 yrs. The carpets were stained from pets, kids and daily use. All of the stains and smell was taken care of to my amazement. Great job! I will use these guys again for sure! more
